Job Summary
Own the admissions funnel from outreach to enrollment, aligning marketing-like outreach with the care team to drive timely pre-verifications and completed admissions.
- Admissions Operations: coordinate pre-verifications, screenings, and task lists with the Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager.
- Marketing & Outreach: engage potential residents, families, and referral sources to facilitate the admissions process.
- Compliance & Health clearances: ensure TB testing, fingerprinting, drug tests, and English proficiency are satisfied before onboarding.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- actively marketing the facility and coordinating the entire admissions process, working with the Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager to ensure all pre-verifications and admissions tasks are completed
- facilitate the marketing efforts with potential residents, family members, responsible parties, referral sources and others as well as the admissions process
Requirements
- Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
- Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
- Tuberculosis Testing
- Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
- Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
- Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
