Job Description:

SUMMARY 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Administrator to support our marketing operations team for a remote, part-time temporary assignment. The primary responsibility of this role is managing co-operative marketing requests through Salesforce, including processing submissions, tracking approvals, and submitting invoices for reimbursement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative coordination, thrives in a process-driven environment, and has strong attention to detail. The Marketing Administrator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement processing while supporting communication between internal teams and external partners. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Process co-operative marketing requests through Salesforce 
  • Review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements 
  • Submit and track invoices for reimbursement through Salesforce 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of marketing requests and reimbursements 
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding request status, missing information, and approvals 
  • Monitor reimbursement timelines and follow up as needed 
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative marketing support 
  • Support process improvements and help maintain organized workflows 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities 
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions 
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams 
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm 
  • Ability to maintain friendly, cooperative, and professional relationships in a variety of settings 
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently 
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Base Pay Range:

Starting Rate $26/hour

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
