As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Associate to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to our marketing efforts.

Position Summary

As a Marketing and Administrative Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the administrative functions that keep our parks running smoothly and the marketing initiatives that drive community engagement and brand growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both operational management and marketing in a dynamic, fun-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure organizational efficiency
• Answer and direct incoming calls; manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with event planning and logistics
• Manage service calls and vendor relationships
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and handle procurement processes
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry tasks

Marketing Support

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling posts
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and in-park marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for brand visibility
• Help track engagement metrics and gather feedback from digital initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital tools
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Prior exposure to administrative or marketing tasks (even in an academic setting) is a plus
