Job Summary

Own the strategic narrative and executive thought leadership that differentiates Smartcat, aligning messaging across product, marketing and PR to drive credible market perception.

Narrative Ownership: shape core positioning, market POVs, and category differentiation.
Executive & Social Reach: build authentic executive presence and a repeatable LinkedIn content rhythm
Cross-Functional Alignment: ensure what we say, ship, and share stays aligned across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities

Market Narrative & Positioning Shape and evolve Smartcat’s core narrative
Translate product capabilities into compelling, differentiated market stories
Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, PR, and exec communications
Build point of views that challenge the market and create category separation
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership Partner with executives to develop authentic, high-impact voices
Build a consistent executive presence that drives engagement and influence
Turn company moments, customer wins, and industry trends into leadership content
Social & Distribution Engine Lead executive social strategy, primarily on LinkedIn
Create a repeatable content cadence (3–5 posts per week across leaders)
Activate internal voices to amplify Smartcat’s story

Requirements

5+ years in communications, content, or narrative-driven marketing roles
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth tech environments
Proven ability to build executive presence and thought leadership
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
Strong instincts for LinkedIn and modern content distribution
Experience working with founders or senior executives
Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
