Market Expansion Trainee

Tierwest is expanding in El Paso and is currently looking for a Market Expansion Trainee to join our growing B2B sales team.

About the Role
The Market Expansion Trainee will support Tierwest’s efforts to introduce services to new businesses throughout the El Paso area. Working alongside experienced team members, you will learn how to engage with business decision-makers, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development of new territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Support B2B outreach with local businesses across the El Paso area
- Introduce services to potential business clients in a clear and professional manner
- Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers
- Help identify opportunities for territory growth and market expansion
- Support senior team members during client meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
- Participate in training sessions focused on business development and sales strategy
