Job Description

Lead the end-to-end Market Access content strategy and copy across payer, HCP, and policy audiences, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with brand narratives.

  • Own drafting of core Market Access materials and content strategy.
  • Translate complex clinical, health economics, and policy information into concise messages.
  • Collaborate with designers and production teams to integrate copy with visuals.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Support MLR review while maintaining clarity and persuasiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize, write, and edit content for market access audiences
  • Translate complex information into tailored messages
  • Lead drafting of core Market Access materials
  • Interpret strategic inputs to develop brand narratives
  • Ensure content aligns with compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders on content strategy
  • Work with designers to ensure copy-visual integration
  • Manage timelines across multiple projects
  • Serve as the Strategic Guardrail in the creative process
  • Quality & Compliance, ensure data integrity and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • 4-6+ Years of Healthcare Communications with Market Access/HEOR focus
  • Exceptional Narrative & Writing Skills with a portfolio of persuasive content
  • Data Translation Expertise for non-clinical payer audiences
  • Understanding of U.S. Payer Landscape and value-based messaging
  • Creative Collaboration with designers and digital teams
  • MLR & Technical Proficiency including Veeva Vault
  • Regulatory Rigor and knowledge of ISI and promotional/non-promotional standards

Preferred

  • Educational background in Communications, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Journalism; advanced degree preferred
  • Agency or consultancy experience with client leadership exposure
  • Startup agility in high-growth, scrappy environments
  • Operational excellence for managing multiple concurrent projects
