Job Summary

Own editorial quality and process for B2B content across multiple accounts, aligning with client strategy and standards; drive briefing, production, and review with both writers and clients; coach writers and optimize workflows while piloting AI-assisted tooling without compromising quality.

Editorial Ownership: final client content reviews, guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
Production & Process: lead briefs through approvals, manage multi-project timelines, and maintain quality control.
People & Tools: coach writers, improve collaboration, and apply AI tools to lift productivity without lowering standards.

Job Description

Serve as the final editorial reviewer for client-facing content across all accounts
Write and develop high-quality B2B content, including articles, reports, thought leadership, messaging frameworks, PR materials and other communications assets
Lead content briefing, planning, production and review processes from start to finish
Manage content workflows, assignments, timelines and quality control across multiple projects and accounts
Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, templates, style guides and review frameworks
Work directly with clients and account teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives
Coach writers and provide actionable feedback to improve writing quality and consistency
Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency and team collaboration
Support the responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining editorial standards

Minimum 10years of professional B2B writing and editing experience.
Minimum 5 years working within a marketing, communications or PR agency environment.
Direct writing and editing experience across at least three of the following sectors: aviation/travel technology, loyalty, payments/fintech, retail tech and sustainability
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience creating long-form B2B content, including articles, reports, white papers, thought leadership and executive content
Experience managing content production workflows and multiple concurrent projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
Experience working within project management systems and content collaboration tools
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Available to work approximately on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to transition into a full-time role in the future
