Responsibilities

• Mine priority WPP accounts for ES opportunity in partnership with GCLs and senior client-team leads.
• Translate GCL growth plans and account signals into actionable ES opportunity maps.
• Distinguish near-term revenue opportunities from longer-term transformation conversations.
• Create qualification briefs that define client problem, potential ES solution, value case, urgency and next action.
• Support GCLs in early client conversations where ES positioning or opportunity framing is needed.
• Route qualified opportunities into ES activation support, Consulting / Advisory, Growth Architecture, Alliances or Pursuit Excellence.
• Maintain visibility of GCL-sourced ES pipeline and key blockers.

Requirements

• Managing Director-level client growth leader with strong understanding of large global account management.
• Credible with GCLs and senior account leaders; able to advise without taking over.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to diagnose opportunity quality quickly.
• Comfortable across multiple ES themes including CRM, data, AI, commerce, content, martech and platform transformation.
• Strong executive writing, briefing and internal influence skills.
• Low-ego, collaborative and able to operate in high-stakes account environments.
