Responsibilities

• Utilizes established specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements, applying experience and judgment to deliver effective outcomes.
• May oversee the daily activities of team members within a defined area.
• Develops promotion production plans, budgets and forecasts based on past results, updates same based on new data and monitors results to determine campaign effectiveness.
• Negotiates and purchases advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan.
• Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget.
