We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for motivated individuals to join a growing sales team as Manager Trainees. This opportunity begins in an entry-level sales role with a clear path into leadership and management.

In this hands-on position, you will work directly with customers, represent well-known brands, and develop the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to grow into a management role.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers and provide helpful product and service information
• Answer questions and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Support in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Work alongside team members to meet and exceed sales goals
• Learn daily sales operations and customer engagement strategies
• Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you grow
• Develop leadership skills and prepare for future management responsibilities
