Own brand-driven planning and media activation with a focus on audience insight, budget discipline, and client education across channels.

Lead strategy development and client presentations to shape objectives and flighting.
Coach juniors and maintain exceptional client service with a bias for detail.
Track trends, competitive moves, and audience data to steer planning decisions.

Be a champion for the brands you support and continually strive to find innovative solutions that build the brand
Provides oversight and training to junior team members.
Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail oriented
Stays up to date on Industry and consumer trends, competitive activity, best practices and opportunities across channels.
Studying demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences
Presents recommendations and educational materials to the client and internal team
Integrating strategic planning philosophy into communication plan development
Overseeing the execution of and present media plans to clients
Helping develop planning objectives and strategies that coincide with the client’s marketing direction
Gauging media performance to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies are met

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in media operations
Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels.
Retail/eCommerce/entertainment experience
Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
