Mission:
Drive clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications that strengthen alignment, enhance company culture, and support MGA Entertainment’s strategic priorities. This role develops and manages communication strategies, messaging, content, and channels that inform, inspire, and connect employees across global offices. Reporting into the SVP of HR, the Internal Communications Manager plays a critical role in supporting organizational clarity, employee engagement, and a strong, unified culture across all MGA locations.
