- Develop the skill set of a Professional Fundraiser
- Ability to move into Management within 2-4 weeks
- Willing to learn how to conduct professional interviews
- Learn to coach and mentor team members
- Learn to build & maintain relationships with the community to further assist our fundraising endeavors
