  • Provide cross-team SEO guidance and reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute technical SEO audits across SFCC, AEM, and Shopify brand websites — covering site architecture, crawl optimization, redirect management, canonical strategy, and indexation health.
  • Serve as the technical SEO resource during new website builds and platform migrations: review staging environments, flag pre-launch issues, and validate post-launch technical health.
  • Implement and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt directives, hreflang tags, and structured data/schema markup (Product, FAQ, HowTo, BreadcrumbList) across the brand portfolio.
  • Own Core Web Vitals monitoring; partner with development teams to prioritize and validate fixes, and conduct log file analysis to identify crawl budget inefficiencies.
  • Develop keyword research frameworks by brand, product category, and market — mapping intent signals to content types and customer journey stages.
  • Produce optimized content briefs and conduct on-page audits covering titles, meta descriptions, headers, image alt attributes, and internal linking.
  • Lead topic clustering and content gap analysis; guide content teams on AEO best practices including structured answers, FAQ schema, and AI-answer-optimized formats.
  • Own SEO performance reporting across the brand portfolio — building dashboards in Google Search Console, SEMrush or BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics or GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct competitive gap analysis and monitor SERP features (featured snippets, PAA, AI Overviews) to surface ranking and visibility opportunities.
  • Support regional and brand teams with ad hoc SEO/AEO guidance for campaigns, product launches, and platform projects; contribute to training materials and best practice guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications Computer Science, related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally at an enterprise brand or agency managing multi-brand or multi-marketing programs.
  • Proven technical SEO skills: crawl management, log file analysis, schema/structured data, hreflang, canonicalization, redirect strategy, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Direct experience working on or auditing websites built on SFCC, AEM, Shopify, or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in enterprise SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Conductor/BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or GA4; experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO; able to identify and communicate technical issues to developers.
