Job Description

Responsibilities\n\n- Develop and align executive messaging to enterprise priorities, business performance, and transformation initiatives\n- Translate complex strategy into clear, compelling leadership storytelling for external audiences\n- Draft executive communications including speeches, remarks, op-eds, media commentary, and thought leadership content\n- Ensure narrative consistency across executive voices, including CEO, CMO, and senior leadership\n- Identify and secure high-impact media, speaking, and external visibility opportunities\n- Manage executive social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring authenticity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities\n- Partner with PR and brand teams to elevate leadership visibility tied to key company moments and narratives\n- Shape executive positioning around priority themes (e.g., innovation, AI, customer trust, business transformation)\n- Oversee leadership profiles, executive bios, and external representation materials\n- Maintain messaging frameworks, voice guidelines, and strategic insights to guide executive communications\n
