Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing scope for a multi-artist Pop/Rock/Dance slate, aligning creative with platform-native growth and fan communities.

  • Platform-led campaigns: build authentic, platform-specific programs on TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and social hubs to deepen fan connections.
  • Release stewardship: manage every release from concept to launch with cross-functional teams and influencer partners to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Partner-driven amplification: collaborate with digital partners, tastemakers, and affiliates to expand reach while preserving artist positioning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with artists, managers, and key label executives to shape innovative, impactful digital marketing strategies
  • Oversee multiple artist projects simultaneously, driving every stage of a digital music release from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with product managers and our in-house creative, development, and video teams to bring artists’ visions to life
  • Work closely with the influencer marketing team to deliver campaigns cohesive with the digital strategy and overall artist positioning proposition
  • Brainstorm and execute content strategies across platforms — including socials, websites, fan pages, DSPs, and more
  • Build and nurture community-driven initiatives both online and IRL, fostering deeper artist-fan connections
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with digital partners and affiliates to expand artist visibility and reach
  • Plan, budget, and launch targeted ad campaigns that effectively engage desired audiences and strengthen market presence
  • Work hand-in-hand with artists and managers to anticipate needs, deliver solutions, and ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain a detail-oriented, highly organized approach to guarantee smooth rollouts across all campaigns and releases

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • You love pop, rock, and dance music
  • You have AMAZING organizational abilities
  • You can multitask and prioritize
  • You can manage multiple deadlines and urgent tasks
  • You are willing to learn a little bit of everything, and open to take on anything
  • You are insanely detail-oriented
  • You are excellent at listening, interpreting, and communicating

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of interactive technologies and tools including email, social media, and viral marketing techniques (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, SoundCloud, Snapchat, etc.)
  • An understanding of what content moves online conversations
  • Understands trends and what might be the next great social platform
  • Experience and knowledge of streaming platforms
  • Experience with Photoshop, video editing and social media publishing tools

  • Proven excellence in prioritization, time management and follow up skills with an attention to detail
