  • Own Finalsite CMS administration, content, forms, and digital workflows.
  • Must-have: 4–7 years in digital communications with proven social media results.
  • Portfolio of photography/videography with Canva and Adobe tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary administrator and technical expert for Finalsite CMS
  • Manage website content, emails/eblasts, forms, and constituent database
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide CRM/CMS support to faculty and staff
  • Design and document efficient digital workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Manage Sprout Social platform for scheduling, analytics, and reporting
  • Create engaging, brand-consistent content that tells the Mount's story
  • Guide and support departmental social media accounts
  • Track and report on social media metrics and ROI
  • Create and edit compelling photo and video content for all platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in digital communications or social media management (candidates with 7+ years of experience may be considered for Assistant Director level)
  • Portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and digital content creation
  • Strong technical proficiency with CMS platforms
  • Advanced social media management skills with demonstrated success
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), and photo editing tools
  • Systems-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong follow-through and accountability—a natural "finisher" who tracks details meticulously
  • Proactive communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Passion for mission-driven education

Preferred

  • Finalsite CMS experience (significant advantage)
  • Experience in educational settings (independent/private/Catholic schools)
  • Non-profit experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar)
  • Google Analytics and social media analytics experience
