Job Description

Own end-to-end artist content from concept to delivery, balancing real-time storytelling with long-term creative campaigns and coordinating across Marketing, Digital, Creative, A&R, Artist Management, and partners.

  • Content Production: Lead creative concepts, storyboards, and production plans for artist campaigns, live events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Platform Optimization: Ensure social-first content is optimized per platform while preserving a unified creative vision.
  • Campaign & Partnerships: Collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated content strategies with internal teams and external partners.
  • Production Oversight: Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and talent to deliver on schedule and within scope.
  • Content Franchising: Create repeatable formats and franchises to strengthen brands and expand reach.
  • Trend & Storytelling: Identify emerging formats and opportunities to elevate campaigns and drive audience engagement.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage footage and deliverables for ongoing campaigns and future opportunities.
  • Creative Feedback: Provide direction and critique to maintain high creative standards throughout production.
  • Reactive vs Long-Term Planning: Balance real-time storytelling with strategic planning to stay culturally relevant.
  • Talent & Stakeholder Relations: Build trust with artists, managers, and internal stakeholders to support content priorities.
