Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content lifecycle for supplier-focused education, translating complex topics into clear, engaging long-form and visual formats, while optimizing for search, AI answer experiences, and performance-driven improvements.

  • Content strategy: shape long-form educational content, visuals, diagrams, and downloadable resources that scale reach among supplier audiences.
  • Optimization and partnerships: collaborate with SEO, designers, PMEs, and campaign teams to apply keyword insights and distribution strategies.
  • Performance-driven refinement: use traffic, engagement, and reach data to evolve formats, coverage, and topics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex retail and supply chain topics into clear, useful content for supplier audiences
  • Apply SupplierWiki’s writing standards and style guide to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Maintain and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate
  • Write and structure content optimized for organic search and AI-driven answer engines
  • Collaborate with SEO strategists to incorporate keyword research, search intent, and SERP insights into content
  • Use performance data to refine content structure, formatting, and topic coverage
  • Partner with designers to develop new content formats beyond traditional articles, such as visual explainers, frameworks and diagrams, downloadable resources, structured answer content for AI search experiences
  • Identify opportunities to turn written content into more engaging or scalable formats that improve comprehension and reach
  • Monitor performance metrics such as search traffic, engagement, and content reach
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance through updates, new formats, or distribution strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal)
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or SEO-focused writing
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
  • Experience creating long-form educational or instructional content
  • Familiarity with EO principles and content optimization best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams
  • Experience collaborating with designers to create visual or multimedia content
  • Familiarity with AI search, answer engines, or evolving search formats

Preferred

  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for broader audiences
