Job Summary

Own the end-to-end congress program, aligning dozens of regional and national events with commercial and medical goals while driving cross-functional collaboration, on-time execution, and attendee impact.

  • Growth & EventOps: Lead strategy, planning, and seamless execution of 50+ congresses with coordinated timelines, vendors, sponsorships, and on-site support.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other teams to set priorities and attendee strategies.
  • Experience & Process: Optimize event flow, attendee engagement, budgets, and post-event follow-through to maximize presence and impact.
