Responsibilities

• Represent Bally's at community meetings, workforce development initiatives, charitable events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements while serving as a professional ambassador for the organization.
• Track program performance, partnership outcomes, and community engagement metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, interns, volunteers, and event staff to ensure high-quality execution.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, workforce agencies, nonprofit partners, and government officials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder partnerships to ensure successful delivery of community engagement objectives.
• Support Host Community Agreement initiatives, sponsorships, contracts, and other community-related commitments.
• Lead the planning and execution of community engagement initiatives, sponsorship activations, volunteer programs, and public-facing events.
• Manage event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, materials, registrations, and post-event reporting.
• Assist in the development of presentations, reports, correspondence, and communication materials to support community engagement strategies and stakeholder communications.
• Support the administration and monitoring of community engagement budgets, expenditures, calendars, and documentation to ensure effective resource management and timely fulfillment of organizational commitments.
