Own the Americas CTXR marketing program with a clear focus on content and events, driving data-informed decisions and cross-functional alignment.

Team leadership: Build and maintain a capable content and events team across CTXR programs in the Americas.
Stakeholder management: Be the primary contact for CTXR and Amazon partners and guide planning and resourcing decisions.
Performance governance: Measure output and impact to steer strategy and optimize program outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and retain a team responsible for content production and event execution across CTXR programs in the Americas
Set team priorities and manage capacity to sustain high quality across content and events
Coach team members through feedback and career development conversations to build a culture of accountability and marketing excellence
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across CTXR and Amazon on Americas marketing programs
Track and report on team output, content performance, and event outcomes using data to inform strategy and resource decisions
Represent the Americas marketing team in cross-functional planning, leadership reviews, and stakeholder conversations

Requirements

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
