Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery based on key metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with internal systems to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive campaign success and innovation.
Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights to support revenue growth.
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
Analyze data to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Preferred

Experience in sales or media strategy
Experience with DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and media platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related area.
