We are currently hiring a full-time Management Trainee to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This is an entry-level, in-person position designed for individuals interested in developing a career in sales, business development, and team leadership.

Our management accelerator track is built to provide hands-on experience in sales and client relations, with a focus on preparing team members for future leadership opportunities. We take pride in growing our team from within while supporting our clients and contributing to the continued growth of the Saint Louis community.

Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services and drive sales results 
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing client accounts 
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions 
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals 
• Support marketing and sales initiatives through customer interaction and feedback 
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and business development 

Management Trainee Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Goal-driven with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges 
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required 
• Must be able to work on-site in Saint Louis, MO

Training & Growth:

We build a foundation in sales and client acquisition, as well as the project management and team management skills to successfully manage large client accounts. Through structured training and hands-on experience, the Management Trainee will develop the skills needed for advancement into a senior leadership role.
