- Work face-to-face with clients and brand activations throughout Miami
- Get hands-on training and daily coaching from experienced managers who’ve been in your shoes
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded, competitive individuals who push each other to improve
- Take on increasing responsibility as you develop—from individual contributor to team trainer to full manager
- Participate in weekly development sessions focused on skill-building and career advancement
