While we work with a variety of partners, our Charlotte team is currently expanding to support our nonprofit campaigns and help organizations increase awareness and community support.

What Is the Management Development Program?

This is not a position where you walk in managing a team on day one.

Our program is built around learning every aspect of the business, developing strong communication skills, and preparing you to take on increased responsibility over time.

You will learn:

• Customer and community engagement.
• Face-to-face marketing strategies.
• Sales and campaign development.
• Team communication and leadership.
• Training and mentoring skills.
• Goal setting and performance management.

As you develop your skills and demonstrate leadership ability, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the company.

What You'll Do

In the beginning stages of the program, you will:

• Represent nonprofit organizations through professional face-to-face interactions.
• Connect with community members at live events and campaign locations.
• Educate people about nonprofit missions and initiatives.
• Support daily campaign goals and team objectives.
• Work alongside experienced leaders to develop your skills.

As you grow, you will have opportunities to:

• Help train and mentor new team members.
• Assist with campaign organization.
• Take on leadership responsibilities.
• Support team development and growth.

Important Details

This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC.

This role involves face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and live campaign events. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with the public and being part of an active team environment.
