Job Summary

Own the on-site presence for events, shaping the guest experience and driving turnout while representing the agency across promotional moments, shows, and client engagements.

Event Presence: act as the face at promotional events, fashion shows, and client engagements to build brand perception.
Promotions & Attendance: use social media and direct outreach to maximize attendance and visibility for events and talent bookings.
Logistics & Content: manage setup, guest registration, catering, vendor communications, and capture on-site photography for social channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities
Greet guests professionally at events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our agency’s brand.
Act as the face of the agency during promotional events, fashion shows, and client engagements, showcasing confidence and charisma.
Engage with attendees to promote agency services, upcoming events, and talent bookings.
Manage event logistics including setup, guest registration, catering coordination, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
Advertise to vendors about our events.
Utilizing social media and direct outreach to maximize attendance and visibility.
( Optional) Advertise and promote a men’s clothing line through social media.
Take high quality photos at events/ of our models for social media.

Requirements
Experience with hospitality and marketing/ event promotion.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
Photography/ videography skills are very helpful!
Familiarity with mens fashion/ athletic wear is a plus.
