Job Summary

Own and support campus and local outreach marketing by coordinating the Student Ambassador Social Program, planning cross-platform content, and engaging with students, guests, ambassadors, and restaurant partners.

  • Student Ambassador Ops: help content creation, scheduling, and participant engagement for campus programs.
  • Local Marketing Coordination: support restaurant openings, community events, and partnerships with LRMs and local teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of our Student Ambassador Social Program, helping coordinate content, communication, and participant engagement
  • Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and community management across multiple platforms
  • Monitor social channels and identify opportunities to engage with team members, guests, ambassadors, and local communities
  • Help collect, organize, and curate user-generated content for future employment branding and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate local restaurant marketing (LRM) initiatives tied to new restaurant openings, community events, and local partnerships
  • Assist with creating marketing toolkits, promotional materials, and communication resources for restaurant teams
  • Support event planning and logistics for community outreach activities and grand opening celebrations
  • Track campaign performance, ambassador participation, and engagement metrics to support reporting and future recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
  • Provide administrative and project support for special marketing, recruiting, and brand initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado.
  • We’re seeking candidates who reside locally
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is preferred
  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, marketing, communications, student organizations, or community engagement is preferred
