Aquarius Hr is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize last-mile delivery operations for an international Cash on Delivery (COD) e-commerce project based in Tunisia.
This role is focused on improving delivery performance, increasing buyout rates, controlling operational KPIs, and ensuring high-quality execution across the full delivery cycle.
You will manage logistics processes, courier teams, delivery partners, confirmation operators, and operational workflows in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and quick decision-making directly impact business results.
The role includes coordinating couriers, controlling delivery timelines, monitoring delivery quality, resolving operational issues, and ensuring stable and efficient last-mile operations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in logistics, COD operations, e-commerce, or delivery management and is confident working with operational metrics, courier management, delivery performance, and process optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective supply chain management strategies to optimize operational efficiency in COD logistics.
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishments, and minimal discrepancies.
- Manage transportation logistics to guarantee on-time delivery of goods, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate logistics planning activities including route optimization, resource allocation, and scheduling to support business goals.
- Supervise and support the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to enhance individual and team performance.
- Monitor daily logistics operations, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and quickly implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of logistics objectives with overall company goals and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting related to logistics performance, inventory, and transport activities.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and market conditions by revising processes and operational plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety protocols within all logistics functions.
