Responsibilities

线下活动策划与执行
负责本地市场日常推广、品牌活动及新店开业等线下活动的策划、组织与落地；
统筹活动方案、资源协调、现场执行及效果复盘，持续优化活动形式和执行效果；
根据业务需求协调内部团队、外部合作方及兼职推广人员，确保活动顺利完成。
用户增长与渠道拓展
围绕本地用户增长目标，制定并执行多渠道拉新策略，提升用户注册、首单、复购等核心指标；
拓展并运营品牌合作、异业合作、社交媒体、线下推广、站内/站外活动等用户增长渠道，持续探索新的获客方式；
负责本地品牌、商户、学生组织、社区等资源拓展与合作，建立并维护长期合作关系；
跟踪渠道及活动数据，结合用户反馈、竞品动态和本地市场特点，持续优化增长策略。
社媒、社群及站内运营

Requirements

1-3年市场营销、用户增长、活动运营、品牌营销或相关经验；
有Integrated Marketing / 整合营销、异业合作经验者优先；
有完整的线上或线下活动策划及执行经验，能够独立推动活动从策划到落地及复盘；
有用户增长、渠道拓展经验，熟悉用户拉新、转化、留存、复购等基本指标；
具备较强的沟通协调、项目管理及执行能力，能够同时推进多个项目；
有市场敏感度和用户洞察能力，能够主动思考并提出自己的想法，同时保持开放，能够根据团队意见和实际情况灵活调整；
细心、有责任心、团队合作意识强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境及一定的线下执行工作。
