As an LMS Content Developer, you will create engaging, modern digital learning experiences that equip teams with the skills they need to thrive. You will develop interactive learning, multimedia content, simulations, videos, assessments, and job aids that simplify complex processes and elevate quality across plasma center operations. This role blends creativity, technical skill, and instructional strategy to deliver impactful training that drives performance and supports Kedrion’s mission to improve lives.
What You’ll Do
- Build high‑quality learning content; e‑learning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, assessments, and reference tools aligned to clear learning objectives and operational needs.
- Develop digital training using industry‑leading tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other multimedia platforms to produce polished, modern learning assets.
- Manage LMS content end‑to‑end, including uploading, testing, maintaining, and updating training to ensure flawless functionality and an intuitive learner experience.
- Partner with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate procedures, workflows, and operational requirements into clear, engaging digital training.
- Refresh, revise, and enhance existing training to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current standards and best practices.
- Design and apply evaluation strategies. knowledge checks, learner feedback, and performance‑based assessments to measure training effectiveness and inform improvements.
- Analyze key training metrics within the LMS to identify trends, learning gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Incorporate timely updates and stakeholder feedback to maintain content quality, relevance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Transform instructor‑led or in‑person content into interactive e‑learning and virtual formats that boost accessibility and learner engagement.
- Support the development of ongoing, refresher, and classroom‑based training initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Collaborate with the LMS Manager and Center Support team to shape measurable learning objectives and ensure training supports operational excellence.
- Maintain strong knowledge of plasma center operations to ensure training content accurately reflects real‑world processes and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience creating digital learning using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond.
- Skill with design and editing software including Adobe applications, Visio, Filmora, or Canva.
- Familiarity with plasma operations or willingness to learn operational processes and compliance standards.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to centers, corporate offices, and vendor locations, including overnight travel.
