The Life Company’s Worksite Marketing Department is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator.
The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $19.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.

- prepare and organize files
- manage daily reporting
- perform application counts
- handle daily policy page processing
- act as a backup to case managers to assist with approvals
- handle certified mailing and manage supply ordering and inventory
- process return mail
- identify electronic documents and create work items for case managers
- separate and manage electronic group documents into individual work items
- deliver excellent customer service skills
- effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
- work collaboratively in a team environment
- demonstrate strong organizational skills consistently
- apply logical and analytical thinking to problem solving

- A highschool diploma or equivalent
