Licensed Insurance Producer (Part-Time)

About the Position

Our Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a motivated, licensed insurance professional to join our team. We’re seeking someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships within the community.

This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance products
• Follow up with new and existing clients
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with policy reviews and account servicing
• Participate in marketing and community outreach events

Qualifications

• Active California insurance license required (Property, Casualty, Life, or Property & Casualty)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated, professional, and dependable
• Must be able to start immediately
