Job Description
Giraffe Media Group | Summer Internship Program
Duration: 10-week summer Internship
Location: In-office West Palm Beach
Compensation: $18-20
Giraffe Media Group is launching a selective Legal Operations & Corporate Governance Internship for exceptional Law School (2L or 3L) students interested in corporate law, governance, and enterprise legal technology.
This Internship provides hands-on exposure to how commercial contracts, legal operations, and enterprise systems support the growth of a modern digital media company.
Interns will work directly with leadership to conduct a structured audit and optimization initiative for the company’s enterprise contract management system, Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management, ensuring contract records are accurate, searchable, and aligned with operational workflows.
Participants will analyze Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Insertion Orders (IOs), amendments, and vendor contracts while identifying opportunities to strengthen contract lifecycle management and corporate governance processes.
The program concludes with a formal executive presentation of findings and recommendations to company leadership

What Interns Will Do
- Conduct a structured audit of commercial agreements within our enterprise contract repository
- Validate accuracy and completeness of Master Service Agreements and associated Insertion Orders
- Evaluate how effectively the Agiloft contract management platform is being used
- Identify missing documentation, duplicate records, and inconsistent contract metadata
- Map the organization’s contract lifecycle process from intake to execution and renewal
- Develop recommendations to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership
- Real-world experience in corporate legal operations and governance
- Exposure to enterprise legal technology systems
- Experience analyzing commercial contracts and operational workflows

We are seeking high-performing undergraduate students who demonstrate strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred academic backgrounds include:
- Current Law School Student (2L or 3L) Finance or Business Administration Undergraduate degree (preferred)
- Information Systems
- Any experience reviewing contracts (particularly service level contracts) would be highly beneficial
- Proven ability to quickly learn and utilize business related programs (especially, but not limited to, those related to contract management or case management)
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over a project with limited oversight
- Ability to analyze structured data and legal documentation
- Interest in corporate law, legal operations, or compliance
Interns will graduate from the program with experience such as:
- Conducted enterprise contract repository audit across commercial MSAs and insertion orders
- Evaluated contract lifecycle governance using the Agiloft CLM platform
- Identified operational inefficiencies and recommended contract management process improvements
- Presented findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
