Job Summary
Own the resident leasing pipeline from intake to move-in, with a sharp eye on qualification, paperwork, and community events that drive traffic.
- Resident intake and qualification: assess needs, verify applications, and input data into the system.
- Leasing and move-in administration: prepare leases, collect fees, and coordinate tours and move-in docs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Interviewing prospective residents to assess needs and qualifications; inputting information into system
- Accompanying prospective residents to models and available apartments while highlighting features and amenities
- Qualifying applicants by verifying applications, credit information, and other requirements
- Preparing leases, move-in documentation, and related paperwork
- Collecting rental payments and application fees
- Assisting with resident activities, special events, and monthly calendars
- Supporting marketing plans to increase traffic and community awareness
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- A friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Effective sales ability
Preferred
- Previous leasing and/or Onesite experience (a plus)
