Responsibilities

• Successful candidate will possess experience in leading a team of leasing professionals to optimize occupancy rates, leasing administration, team training, and general operations management.
• Proactively review websites and ILS partners for accuracy, analysis, and updates.
• Monitors social media focusing on brand and reputation management.
• Works closely with Regional Managers to achieve property goals.
• Reports to the Director of Residential Properties.
• Responsible for building, mentoring, and training a high-performing sales and marketing team that effectively drives prospect traffic, maintains conversion rates, monitors lease renewals, and closes leases to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Properly train leasing professionals from lead generation to lease signing. Lead, coach, and track leasing efforts to ensure goals are met.
• Work with the leasing team to identify individual strengths and weaknesses, ensuring leasing remains the top priority and full compliance with company policies and procedures. Design targeted training to address specific gaps.
• Ensure all leasing team members are compliant with Fair Housing Laws and company leasing policies and procedures.
• Update and manage current specials and pricing across all websites and listing platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with property management software: Yardi Voyager, CRM, RentCafé, Screening Works
• Proficiency in social media marketing platforms
• Experience developing marketing plans, branding, and collateral materials
• Working knowledge of website content management, basic design, and logo/brand consistency
• Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills
• Valid driver's license
