PPDG, LLC is a large property management group serving Southern Indiana and surround areas. We're looking to bring an energetic, customer-focused, leasing agent onto our team.

General Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants

- Show/Lease vacant apartments

- Maintain occupancy standards

- Rent collections

- Assisting in making units up to market standards

- Market and advertise properties

- Update tenants with any changes to rental accounts

- High volume calls

- Responsible for accounts receivable for tenants

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing

- Application screening and all aspects of lease signing for move in process

Requirements:

- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, vehicle provided to use during shift hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
