Lease Marketing Manager
New York City, NY (On-site)
Posted 1 day ago
Job Summary
Own end-to-end leasing marketing for Industry City, shaping strategy and campaigns, producing collateral and listings, creating content, managing vendors and budgets, and supporting on-site events.
- Lease marketing strategy and campaigns
- Collateral, listings, and content creation
- Vendor management and events support
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contribute to lease marketing strategy: bring ideas to planning conversations, spot gaps in how we reach brokers and prospects, and propose campaigns, content and tests, not just execute them.
- Produce leasing collateral: broker flyers, leasing decks, and general materials such as leave-behinds and brochures, in our brand voice and on deadline.
- Manage our listings on CoStar, LoopNet, CREXI, The Listings Project and the Industry City website, and keep availability accurate and current.
- Direct space and tenant photography: brief and manage photographers, then retouch the images yourself in Photoshop (remove objects, clean up spaces, color-correct) and use AI tools for virtual staging.
- Write, build and send our broker newsletter in Mailchimp.
- Create LinkedIn content for the Industry City company page, with a focus on tenant stories and our core industries, and manage the content calendar with our content coordinator.
- Join PR calls with our agency to find tenant stories and turn them into content for LinkedIn, the broker newsletter and leasing materials.
- Manage invoices and spend tracking for our agencies, listing platforms (CoStar, LoopNet) and print vendors, and work with the Head of Marketing on where our advertising budget goes.
- Support B2B and industry events on campus (such as tech, robotics and climate events) as needed.
- Update leasing pages on our WordPress site and content in our tenant app.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 of them in commercial real estate marketing (landlord, developer, brokerage or flex/coworking operator).
- Strong design skills in Canva for flyers, decks and collateral, and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image retouching and object removal.
- Strong command of AI tools (Claude, Gemini or similar) for writing, research and image work, including virtual staging, with the judgment to fact-check and edit what they produce.
- Hands-on Mailchimp and WordPress experience.
- Clear, specific writing. You can write a broker flyer that leads with specs and a LinkedIn post that tells a real story, and you know the difference.
- A point of view on marketing. You come to meetings with ideas and can explain why they'd work.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and tracking marketing spend or budgets.
- Interest in commercial real estate and development, comfort working with leasing teams, and an understanding of how a space actually gets leased.
Preferred
- Experience with CoStar, LoopNet or CREXI listing management.
- Experience with Airtable, Pipedrive or another CRM.
- Knowledge of Brooklyn and the NYC office, industrial and flex markets.
Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, plus benefits
