Flex Sales has expanding within Florida into Lee and Charlotte counties and we looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join our team as a Entry-Level Sales Representative.

The ultimate goal of this position is to learn the sales and marketing side of the business, become proficient and then transition into a in-office management role.

About This Position

• Outside sales role – meet homeowners in their homes
• Not cold calling – you’ll work with pre-qualified leads who already expressed interest in AT&T services
• Build rapport, educate customers, and guide them through tailored solutions
• Goal: Learn sales/marketing quickly → transition into leadership & management
