Create sharp creative strategy from client input, including angles, UGC vs testimonial vs product-seeding plans.
Convert performance learnings into briefs and reusable playbooks across brands.
Refine AI-generated scripts to ensure strong hooks, angles, and structure in approved content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership for why ads work or don't work across multiple accounts.
Review performance reports and audits, and distill them into clear creative direction per client.
Attend and gradually lead client kickoffs and recurring syncs for key accounts.
Translate messy client input into sharp creative strategy, including angles, frameworks, proof requirements, and UGC versus testimonial versus product-seeding plans.
Call out and correct misaligned strategies when the creative approach does not fit the offer / SKU
Take learnings from performance data and convert them into reusable patterns the team can apply across brands. Ensure those insights actually show up in briefs and not just in a single account silo.
Refine AI-generated scripts and frameworks so every approved script reflects a high standard on hooks, angles, and structure.

Requirements

3-5+ years driving paid social creative strategy for DTC brands, with significant Meta experience.
Strong fluency in Ads Manager and in turning performance data into specific creative hypotheses.
Proven ability to lead or heavily influence UGC and creator-led creative across multiple brands at once.
Strong scripting instincts and the ability to quickly spot weak hooks, missing proof, and structural issues in UGC and testimonial content.
Comfortable being client-facing, running calls, pushing back on misaligned strategies, and owning results.
High attention to detail and a habit of catching misaligned frameworks, missing creator data, and bad ideas before they reach the client.
