Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Joseph, MI, for a Lead Photographer/Videographer. The role involves planning, directing, and executing high-quality photography and videography projects for various campaigns and client needs. Responsibilities include conceptualizing creative content, operating cameras and equipment during shoots, editing multimedia content, managing a team, and collaborating with other departments. The individual will also maintain and organize photography/videography equipment and ensure projects align with the company’s creative vision and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Photography and Camera Operation skills, including expertise in shooting in various environments and lighting conditions
• Proficiency in Video Production, Editing, and Post-Production techniques using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with Creative Direction and Concept Development for both photo and video projects
• Strong Team Collaboration and Leadership experience, particularly in managing creative teams
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills for handling equipment and meeting project deadlines
• Knowledge of current multimedia trends and familiarity with social media platforms
• A portfolio showcasing photography and videography experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
