Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative output across social, streaming, AR and interactive formats, turning real-time audience reaction into iterative, high-impact content while mentoring peers and guiding cross-functional teams on tight briefs.

Content Ideation & Production: generate large volumes of on-brand material across multiple media.
Audience-Driven Iteration: translate likes, comments and reactions into fast content pivots and learnings.
Team & Design Leadership: mentor junior creators and collaborators, shaping creative strategy and execution.

Job Description

Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools, with minimal guidance from creative leadership if needed
Create content that makes proven, impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (likes, comments, etc).
Proficiently cull for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content on social pages, and adapt content based on these learnings
Collaborate with your teammates and cross functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines
Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings contributing meaningful ideas and design strategy formulation
Following the leadership of your A/CD, help mentor, educate, and guide Senior Creators, Creators, and Creator Residents, and even in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters, on your team and across the agency on best practices, ideating, and execution.
