Responsibilities

Ownership of projects instrumental to respective function and team
Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the Company
Mentorship by seasoned HR and business executives
Partnerships with other departments within the Company to gain a greater understanding of various roles in the business
Marketing roles may fall within one of the categories outlined below and will vary according to business need: Corporate Marketing, Consumer Insights, Customer Relationship Marketing, Digital Consumer Engagement and Marketing Analytics

Requirements

To be eligible for this summer internship opportunity you must be a current undergraduate Junior (rising senior) and must complete your Junior year by June 2027 and graduating in May/June 2028
Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2027) and on track to graduate in May/June 2028
Desired Majors: Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Analytics
Desired Skillsets: Strong interest in your chosen functional area
Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for luxury goods and the beauty industry
Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
