The primary responsibilities of the Digital Media Specialist (DMS) are as follows:
Utilize our suite of provided tools to transform concepts into polished digital experiences, handle the entire lifecycle from scriptwriting and storyboarding to video recording, editing, conceptualization, scriptwriting, voiceover recording, video editing, and asset assembly. In collaboration with content experts, you will develop comprehensive digital projects and instructional materials that align with learning objectives and engagement.
Must be able to operate in an independent work environment with the ability to self-assign tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously without direct supervision, maintain strict accountability for project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. Will conduct thorough reviews of team members’ modules to ensure clarity, instructional soundness, and adherence to style guides. Provide constructive feedback to peers and incorporate changes to ensure a consistent brand voice and learning experience.

Potential candidates must have good communication and customer service skills through work or volunteer experiences.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google Suites.
Preferred Qualifications
Some skills in video editing, audio recording, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Premiere, Camtasia, or similar). A track record of working independently, managing time effectively, and self- assigning tasks to meet goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for scriptwriting and client interaction. A keen eye for visual style, instructional clarity, and technical accuracy. Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking
