Job Summary

Own on-screen storytelling and multi-platform distribution for a community-focused content program, coordinating shoots, edits, and post-production workflows to grow reach and engagement across short-form video, podcasts, and live streams.

Content Ownership: Manage end-to-end production calendars, on-set support, and quick-turnaround edits for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
Platform & Performance: Edit clips, optimize captions, and track post analytics to identify what resonates with our niche community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You\'ll work closely with the owner and our Production Manager to bring compelling stories and content to life across our social channels, helping expand our reach and deepen our community connection.
Help moderate chats during live streams via Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok.
Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day content creation and workflow management.
Edit short form clips with strong storytelling flow and humor with a quick turnaround.
Assist with camera setup, lighting, and audio equipment during filming days.
Organize and archive digital assets (footage, thumbnails, audio, b-roll, etc.) for easy access.
Draft, and schedule content across social media platforms. (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Research and have an awareness of trending topics, sounds, and hashtags to support content strategy.
Edit podcast and live stream clips with branded captions and editing style for multi-platform promotion (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Create captions, and titles optimized for our niche community while best utilizing SEO standards.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software for multimedia production.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics to enhance content visibility.
Basic understanding of public relations strategies and branding concepts.
Ability to proofread meticulously to ensure high-quality content delivery.
