Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Write original, engaging captions tailored to each brand's voice, audience and marketing objectives.
• Schedule, publish and verify content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with our designers and commercial production team to develop graphics, Reels, photography and video content.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, campaign setup, testing and scheduling.
• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages and audience interactions.
• Monitor analytics, identify trends and bring forward recommendations to improve engagement, reach and overall performance.
• Maintain accurate publishing schedules, meet internal deadlines and ensure every deliverable is completed.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience. Meaningful internships, freelance work and experience managing business accounts count.
• Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated experience creating and publishing content for business or brand accounts.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer or comparable scheduling platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• An understanding of what makes content successful across different social media platforms.
• The ability to manage multiple brands, balance competing deadlines and work independently.
• Experience with email marketing, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, analytics and short-form video is a plus. We’re particularly interested in applicants who follow social media trends, pay attention to successful brand campaigns and can demonstrate original work they’re proud of.
