Job Description

Company Description

Kreps Co is a women-owned, full-service marketing agency built on smart strategy, thoughtful creativity, and a healthy dose of pluck. We partner with brands across wine, luxury goods, and beyond, helping them show up with intention, personality, and polish.

We’re a small but mighty team that believes great work comes from clarity, collaboration, and a genuine love of what we do. Our core values guide how we show up for our clients and each other:

  • Collaboration is key // different perspectives make the work stronger.
  • Details matter // details win (or lose) accounts, so we sweat the small stuff.
  • Self-starters thrive here // we spot the need, take the lead, and keep things moving.
  • Take pride in the push // bring the energy, do the work well, then go live your life.
  • Be kind, dammit // kindness, clarity, and respect are non-negotiable.

We keep things fun, stay curious, and believe great marketing is both smart and human.
