Are you a recent graduate or early-career creative looking to build real-world experience in print production? Propac is looking for a Junior Print Production Artist to join our in-house studio team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited about learning more about commerce marketing. You don't need years of agency experience—we'll teach you the production side of the business. What matters most is a working knowledge/fluency in the Adobe suite, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator. 

What You'll Do

As a Junior Print Production Artist, you'll work alongside experienced Production Artists, Designers, and Creative Directors to help prepare artwork for production. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Updating existing artwork and making requested revisions
• Resizing and adapting creative files for different formats and specifications
• Preparing print-ready files using established templates and production standards
• Organizing project files and maintaining version control
• Checking artwork for accuracy, consistency, and technical requirements
• Learning print production processes, vendor specifications, and best practices
• Supporting larger team projects while gradually taking ownership of smaller assignments

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career creative professional
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Portfolio, class projects, internship work, or coursework that demonstrates design and/or production skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Internship experience in design, marketing, production, or a creative environment
• Familiarity with print design projects from school or personal work
• Experience using project management tools
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI-assisted creative workflows
