Job Summary

Own and drive frontline engagement for promotional campaigns, representing clients at events and retail sites while collaborating on marketing initiatives to hit daily/weekly goals and boost brand presence.

Customer Engagement & Campaign Execution: Promote products, services, and brand messaging to shoppers and event attendees.
Team Collaboration & Goal Achievement: Work with the team to support campaigns and achieve shared daily/weekly targets.
Promotional Operations & Service: Deliver exceptional service while supporting sales efforts and learning quickly to grow in marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

Represent clients at promotional events and retail locations
Engage with customers to promote products, services, and brand messaging
Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales initiatives
Work collaboratively with a team to achieve daily and weekly goals

Requirements

Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Interest in building a long-term career in sales, marketing, or customer service
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
