Responsibilities

• Representing client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Engaging with prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promoting products, services, or charitable initiatives while communicating campaign objectives.
• Building rapport with customers and identifying their individual needs.
• Assisting customers through the sales or sign-up process.
• Working closely with your colleagues to achieve campaign and performance goals.
• Maintaining a positive and professional representation of our clients.

• No previous industry experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or another customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
